He's 2nd of four, TP, he's 21 this week, his older bro is 24 and his younger bro is 19 and youngest is sister aged 17. They all live at home.
I know Mr W she is just still more fragile than we had realised
LN its just very culturally different, I think I may have mentioned before until C got there the parents did all cooking and clearing up with no help from the young people.
Beebs if she didn't have a lovely happy family, she wouldn't even glance over her shoulder. I know it's hard, but it's a testimony to the springboard to the firm foundation for rest of her life that you've given her
PS, before then, he was picked up for his meeting at 6.30 am Uk time this morning , chances of hanky panky will be pretty zichy, even if I manage to stay awake until he gets home
They sound like very family orientated people which is nice to know that C is living with people like that who will look after her. The Norwegians I know are all very much the same. Three or more generations will spend every weekend together and think nothing of it and it is much rarer for young people to completely leave home at 18 the way we tend to do.
I guess it's the way societies evolve and an anthropologist will come along now and explain it to us
I think if she could get brave enough to start speaking Swedish it would help enormously, she is understanding more and more but terrified of speaking it.
I think C is finding the whole family orientated thing a bit of a mixed blessing, TP
I'm thinking that Brooke Shields needs to pluck her eyebrows a tad more!! And perhaps a little less botox on the forhead too! <pass the saucer of milk please>
At least Brooke has decided to age gracefully and doesn't look like somebody has ironed her face.
If you're not used to a very insular family atmosphere then I can see how it be a mixed blessing. It's not how I grew up at all and I'd find it very oppressive but that's just me. I have always been very independent and can go for days without talking to Mrs Pink and many weeks without seeing her but that's just how we are.
I thought her eyes just looked so heavy and eyebrows 'brooding'! Very pretty when she smiled, but her forehead looked a bit wooden I thought! perhaps just the eyebrows! Corrr but what legs!! And didn't she just know it!! It could only have been a belt she was wearing!!

See what you mean about the eyebrows, PS but she does have a a real face, I think
She did cross them beautifully
How old is she?
I'd have put her at well preserved early 40s on her face but, yes, a very shapely pair of pins!
I am not jealous ..... no, really I'm not ..... not a squidge of the green stuff here ....
nor me
