Well done to everyone who ran in the Brighton Marathon yesterday!
Slightly slower than I hoped, a little disappointed but glad I made it through without cramp or heat exhaustion as it was so unbelievably hot yesterday and there were so many people getting treaated.
Hope everyone's resting up today and looking forward to the next event!
