Hi,
In the past I have used Hydropel which is excellent and I rarelt get blisters. Basically I need some more and I can only seem to be able to get it from America.
Does anyone know where I can get it in the UK or know of a good alternative.
Cheers,
Trev

amazing what you can find with this site
Ha Ha,
You cannot seem to buy off the race The Planet website, you can only do a stock enquiry.
Thanks for your response though.
Cheers,
Trev.
You can make your own by melting in a double boiler equal parts of beeswax and an oil of you choice, such as olive oil or a miscellaneous massage oil. You could add a few drops of essential oil (but google first that the essential oil is not contra-indicated for topical application). I start with half an ounce of each and pour it into a few old 35 mm film canisters. You can get beeswax from a apiary supplier in sheets, or I guess you could get a bit of a beeswax candle (e.g., scrounge a stub from a church?).
Last time I made some I used a few drops of rosemary essence, which has some antifungal properties, and I have no trace of athlete's foot at the moment, which I have had mildly for years.
