I have read lot's of conflicting reports on the health benefits (or not) of eating eggs.
One camp says they are an excellent source of protein and the more outdated(?) one says they contribute to high cholesterol levels.
What camp are you in?
They are healthy. Its been known for years that the don't give you high cholesterol.
BHF eggs
I eat six boiled eggs every day.

Cheers for that!
Good news as I probably eat about 6 or 8 weeks a week.
Yeah, I read an article recently, that essentially said that eggs aren't as bad as some make out!
I eat a fair few from time to time. I've had 13 this past week, and on average maybe have 20-40 a month, all hard boiled though.
Just as long as you dont go frying them in loads of oil, you should be fine to have a scoff!
