A friend has pulled out of the Colour Run in Wembley this Sunday afternoon (14th). Here's more info. http://www.thecolorrun.co.uk/London Entry cost £27.99 but happy to sell on the spot for a bit less.
When I'm next at Wembley stadium, I'll happily pour a tin of old paint over any runners who enjoy this and I'll only charge 20 quid. May even provide a water station if you're lucky.
I'm more annoyed about the fact that there's no bag check. For a race where you get covered in paint, it's a bit rich you can't bring a change of clothes. The organisers suggest you carry the provided poncho with you as you run so that you don't get paint on public transport on the way home.
Oh, and there's no medal, either.
This race had better freaking be as happy as advertised, or I'm going to be seriously pissed off at what a rip-off it is.

The Color Run: an American running phenomenon comes to Britain

There is little in America that is amazing
Oh and try and decide if you are spelling colour properly or wrong
This IS amazing. Amazing that people would pay almost £30 for a 5k race...
I think I'll put it on my not to do list.
