KK dropped out of the run at 14 miles - BtS met him and thought he might have hypothermia as he was shivering uncontrolably.
You lot have been busy!
Just read the whole thread as I'm far too full of caffeine from all that coke on the run to even think about sleep.
None of us saw KK at the end - but I guess he will have been in the medical tent.
I crossed the finishing line twice! Once for my own finish and then again with BtS, but he held me back hobbling like an old man.....!

well done all, commiserations to KK but I am sure after a few decent meals he will bounce back like a powered up pacman. Just needs to sort that fat layer as it seems to be a downfall in races below about 75degC.
Bts, superb and glad the auld legs hung in there and I am sure a few whiskeys were drunk in celebration.
Brill times too from all finishers and some great pb's.

Well done (seems such an inadequate phrase every time) to everyone else. I did have a triumphant text from FB at about 2am our time, saying that they were both 'well made up'. And so they flippin' should be, I say.
I shall get some tea and just POSSIBLY a bacon buttie, and come back and read the whole fred.
Well done those Pirates, done us proud, even if KK didn't quite get a gong it's was a storming effort all round
