Indeed yes. Guiness are planning the official presentation at the end, and then media interviews, etc. Fame and celebrity - better get our hair cut!!

I can exclusivley reveal that Nike couldn't sell any horrible green shorts last year cos they've just provided us with a job lot. Crikey they're bad - could have told them they'd never sell before the exploited them Indonesians ;o)
Right it all kicks off tomorrow at 0730 with RB just as well his plane from Scottish-land has just landed then.
Plan is to try and update this when possible so (in the unlikely event you give a toss) you can keep track of the progress.

Lol. I'll make sure it's changed for something a bit more motivational when I run (although steer clear of Chariots of Fire!).
First shift finished! Gav managed 6.75k in his 25 min. Plan was to stick to 16kph in the early stages but egged on by a rejuvenated Crab (following a length pre-run toilet stop) he cranked it up to 17 in the last 5 min....
Crab is on now....
