Dear Lord,
Shades is a bit mental - you know that. But when she gets an idea in her head, then that's it!
So keep her safe over the next three days and send some spiritual anaesthetic for those dodgy ankles. They can be sore next week, but not this week. She won't need them for a while after Sunday. We'll all push her round in a go-cart if we have to!
