I imagine that in T1 I'll be the same as in the rest of the event - a gibbering wreck.
And so you should be. We really shouldn't be let out without a responsible adult.

Have come over to say hello! Just done my first tri on Sunday (Blenheim) and now wanting to do loads more - although I think I may be sticknig with super sprint for now... Discovered I need to cycle a LOT more before thoughts of iron man enter my head!
