Been for a wee quick swim. 1100m, but I spent it getting focused on technique,and telling myself to relaaaaaax in the water. 'Twas good. Sauna after was good too.
Chickened out of cycling to & from the pool because it is peeing down. And windy. And 7 degrees.
Well Sunday's tri is now officially a Dua!! Something about it being dangerous to swim in one of the country's major rivers after the heaviest rainfall for decades!! Wimps!!
Couldn't they swap the swim for some white water kayaking?

Yes, I may have to swap the tyres on the bike for the race this weekend - I was perhaps being slighthly optimistic leaving the racing slicks on her!!

yep - look out for the TT bike with MTB tyres infalted to 200psi, so i can float down the roads!!
Relay actually might be ok, need stages to be added first though will be checking back on it!!!

Just been out for a bike ride, aero bar useage in a hurricane was interesting.

Bit windy though.. And almost had to swim home!
10 mile run/swim done, 1 hr 15, its a little bit wet out there. Went in the shower with running kit on don't think I noticed the difference to being outside
good training everyone! none for me today, just couldn't get my butt out of bed at 5am today
racing on Sunday should be interesting.... i'll be sporting the pirate colours, will be a proud moment for sure!
