Sensible running article in national print media

I found this a very interesting article .. Dangerous exercise: the hype of dehydration and heatstroke 

nice to see a balanced article in media rather than the usual shock headline of "you all gonna die if you dont run" and "you all gonna die if you do run"

It would have been nice if they highlighted the danger of hyponatremia
