I have every faith in you TSA. You have experience under your belt. You've already completed a super tough race in Wales. Just keep riding those hills (preferably into a headwind.)
Well Friday was good, with 90 miles hilly on the bike.
Saturday was park run followed by a 4K swim
Sundays 18 mile run was cut down to 9 miles due to me going down with cough / cold / achey all over, still I suppose its better to get it out of the way now and not race week
Going to have to take a couple of days away from training
so your swim is ok - check so your bike is ok - check you have done the run training so that will be ok.
if you are hiring a car I advise driving the course... go swim a lap of the course and maybe go bike the run course... (or let it be a voyage of discovery)
You *MUST* buy an icecream, (for the whole family) from the blue / white kiosk in the middle of the run course 500m from the end., I recommend lemon sorbet, or cherry + strattiosomething yum yum
I think the different run course will make it slightly better for feedstations. I think they felt quite spread out on the 20k loop. Though I hope you get to run along the airport section. The planes landing so close is really entertaining.
One thought I just had regarding race notes, folks were annoyed last year that there was no coke on the run course (it was Red Bull or that Power Horse stuff) although this was in the race notes. Do check the race notes for this year if you like coke on the run. I took my own.

Coke are one of the sponsors this year, so think they should have it
Ah good news. No coke was an issue for many athletes last year.

Not far from the start of the IM course.
Started checking the weather websites every hour
Depending on what site but the difference in humidity is anything between 89 % and 12%
Wind looking OK at the moment
Just wanted to wish you lot all the best in case folks set off early to get a holiday in. It's going to be epic!
I'll echo Cake's sentiments - good luck to all of you and enjoy the journey.
All getting very real now
Good luck all, gutted to not be there.
Have a fab time, enjoy every minute of the race !!
Dont forget the icecreams
