360k in about 11 hrs ride time 15 1/2hrs elapsed timelooking forward to dawn. Riding in the dead of night is fun.
Kneck getting a bit achy and not as uch spring in the legs but they are doing ok

i've got 475k in 15:16 - I missed a bit due to garmin user error, (ie not hitting start at the start of a section)

Really enjoyed it, esp the night riding when there was no traffic around.
the further south you come the worse the roads get
I never want to see a hot cross bun again, (was my bike food of choice - no longer)
It rained the whole way, except the first 15 miles and the last 15 miles!

was sort of aiming for a power target of 170-180, (ie trying to hold back) but had no idea really. Stages 4, 5 in total darkness, 6 in dark to light.
