Hi BM - no, I've been out marshalling a race all day, sorry. Only just got home and picked it up.

Mouse, David (him indoors) says he'd rather marshal than do the food station - he's scared he'll cock up and give something other than what's asked for in the bottles.
Ghost, it's impossible to screw up, either your on the high 5 bottles, the water, the gels or the bananas. You have it balanced in the palm of your hand and shout out what it is.
All the feed stations are laid out the same so the riders know the order and go to the person that has what they want.

And as i keep saying the Hooters girls "manned" a feedstation on the run one year at the Outlaw...it was "uplifting" i must say.
Ghost, he will have a ball on the feed station... He can't go wrong but if he is unsure then he can be on re-stock duties!!

A huge thank you to Button Mushroom who has agreed to bring lots of lovely bacon from work so that we can breakfast on bacon sandwiches at the feed station. I can bring my camping stove and frying pans. Would someone volunteer to bring the tomato sauce, brown sauce and a few loaves of bread please?
