This is Nic - I won't be at the lake at all next week - I've been told to rest and not to swim in open water during the week this week - SHAME!!! I get lie ins :-D

You shouldn't believe what you hear FS. If we go swimming I may well do the same thing I did last weekend and fall asleep before 8.30pm after one or two beers!

This may change depending on my enthusiasm on Saturday morning (and whether I hear Barley's dulcet tones at 6.10am - there was no way of getting back to sleep after that).

Am completely up for the bike ride though.

You, me, Fraggle and Barlos can have a quick warm up on the short loop and then lets have a timed race for 5 laps of the big loop.
