Just thought I’d start a thread to help us who are poor(shite) on the bike leg monitor our improvements and somewhere to twist about how bad we are on a bike. Also maybe use a few tests to monitor or progress such as: - 10Mile TT25Mile TT50Mile TT100Mile TT T30
