    Think I will hold on til I find out about london.

    Just back from Switzerland where I ran the Davos marathon, loved it.

    2 weeks time is Isle of Man then nottingham, abingdon, possibly Luton this year, not sure about next year yet.  I dont race them all though, I treat most of them as traning runs

    I'm from Basingstoke.

    Had a ride on my bike down to Brighton and back today.  Very windy (from the west) and got caught in a hail storm on the back going through Shorham.

    hope you are  good      just done 45mins swimming  tonight   it is good fun    and keeps me fit for my running   and walking

    back in the pool in the moring   love it

    my 18 year old necie has her driving test next month  and I think she will pass

    it is good that people can do different sports  as I do   and you     some one on another thread  thinks Blackpool is better then the south coast    but I perfer the south coast

    Yes.I remember someone saying at Portsmouth Newspaper once said last year.Great South Run Wood be better down South London area.But you think about it London Know South Coast only in kent onwards. Anway its will be expensive from Bupa to London excepts £35.oo I think. London will have to charge £45 and thats a waist? But I pleased its only rumours? Why people complaining about South Coast for . Anyway???

    I think because they have never been     I am hoping to do Swange half next year   

    I think fish and chips are good down there

    the one i use to go to  was sold last week and now 3 Asian men run it  weather it will stay as it is   remains to been seen

    From next Month my marathon will start again and it will be my 13th Long Event with Angelsey Marathon apoaching then the Eden,2 Belviors-Leicestershire,Luton,Spire & Steeples(Lincs)and 2 more to complete.Then 20 Club will be born created by myself>

    Back from a break in Brighton.. has more hills than I remember. Did two 5m runs early down the seafront. Lovely runs first thing in the morning.. although not sure about doing 26.2 image

    Went to Donatellos for dinner. Was lovely there - good recommendation Local Girl.

    had a swollen ankle on Firday  so had to take it easy   and done more swimming  and loving it   but back running aswell now

    I was in Brighton on Friday, walked rom Newhaven to Brighton for training.

    If anyone wants cheap accommodation the St Christophers Hostel on the seafront opposite the pier has beds in dorms for £26. B&B. I'm staying there.

    Week after-Sunday:Welborn 10K-6 Miles but differncult on route

    Week After That:Brat Broughton 4 to 5miles-Fun Run-Lincolnshire

    Septemberimagepalding Fun Run-Flat Roads-That 10miles
