MF7 - jsut had a very quick look at the map, fair mix of off-road & road but i think more off than on..if that makes sense! given the rain in the last 2 days I'm going to wear trail shoes...see you in the morning!!
thanks CMF...... I did get this earlier but got distracted by some gestapo-ticket-inspecting-fiend on the train and lost connection on by blackberry! grrrrrrrrrr At least I knew they were safe and that I would be having a late dinner!
bo-bo thanks for yesterday's run it was very enjoyable and an interesting experience running with the map and routefinding. Great company as usual and thanks again for placing yourself between me and those nasty viscious creatures, sorry I leapt over the style before you
As promised I will not mention your inability to tell your right hand from your left.
I have double checked on the L2B website and check point 2 is 3.55 and checkpoint 3 is 5.50 my calculations make that 12.40 minute miles and by my watch yesterday and even with a fair amount of faffing and even allowing for our "detours" we averaged 11.20 ish.
Greetings TRAC people. I'm looking forward to enjoying your legendary hospitality again on Sunday.
I have an important question. Where/which is the fish'n'chip shop that serves up the best fish'n'chips within a reasonable distance of the start/finish?
I know this has got nothing to do with running but poor Andy Murray has gone two sets to love up in the US semi against Nadal and now it has been rained off, possibly for the rest of the day. He probably won't get the same chance again.

See you girlies later tomorrow for a trip to the viking ship he he
When is L2B CMF?
Does that mean he won't be back before we head to the Viking ship later?
L2B is 5th October.
He's just rung and I don't think the trains will get him back in time
