It does get easier K9 so stick with it! I've done it with chocolate for about 9 years now
The reason for the cake and bikkies is that I'm marathon training and it means that I'll have to get the extra calaries from proper food. Could really do with a bit cheesecake right now though.

I have to say that I'm not doing it on religious grounds but plenty of people do. It does no one any harm and some get great strength from it. It's like others rubbishing us for running - no on really.

Don't think that I could give up crisps...........have a good excuse though.........I did try chocolate once, it was a mistake though - bang went my daily calorific intake

...not religious at all, but my chocolate 'habit' was getting way out of hand - lent seemed a good trigger to try to get it back into perspective.
