Alas!
I have been struck down with some form of lurgy.
Was trying to remain in denial yesterday about the sore throat, headache and fever, until it prevented me from running in the evening. But now I feel completely rubbish.
Think tomorrow's run is out for me now, Cack and Hayley.
Of course, I'll see how I am over the next day or so, and if I feel any better I'll change my mind.
Think I've got the same rubbish bug Lady P has but will soldier on and give haile another reason to hear me moan
Will see you lot if coming in the car park thingy Haile said at 7pm?
I'm back on English soil and NOT impressed with the weather!

Wish I could tell you that you didn't miss much at Interpol but that would be lying... they were awesome!
Had yesterday off as well which was good. Went Wakeboarding at Rother Valley which I've been wanting to do for ages, well I say Wakeboarding but as we were newbies they started us off on Knee boards, still great fun though!

Hey YL - is that time trial open to anyone, or just people on that mailing list?
I've been wanting the opportunity of a regular time trial for a while - pity it's not 5K but nevermind if it's free!

and they assure us that it's all weathers, and their team are going to be there without fail. I'd really like to do it when I'm back running again (hopefully by august, PF permitting 
). It says all ages and abilities welcome and to ask in the shop for further details if you need them.

Thanks for the additional info on the time trials, YL - sounds like a good thing to get involved in. Means a very early tram ride, but at least I can use hubby's megarider ticket.
KPO - sorry you felt crap. Sounds like you need to do more training! I would suggest going for a run together but you stood me up the last time! An hour I waited for you! Although.....I did get chatted up, albeit by an old man (he wouldn't leave me alone)!
