Mrs Holgs says that Holgs looking strong on 2nd lap of run and ropey leg holding up well. No sign of V yet - should be in soon.... x

Jo's moving up the places all the time in her age droup.she was 41 on the swim.but on the bike she cliumberd to 16th and now she is catching up on the run and is 13th

Still no second run split for IW - though I have lost track of the time aboit so am not sure if that means anything.

Holg's second run split not showing either so possible just a timing mat issue.

I think Jo was planning to do IMCH but will decide after today's race - perhaps on the morning of IMCH.
