most of my peeps this week seem to be finalists who are moving on very soon - brings a little tear to your eye! I guess Barks and Fruity + other teachers get the same thing
anyone lurking, just taken a break from cramming in words and music. Start a job on monday and I DO NOT know it well enough. Now that panic has set in my mind is refusing to memorise any more, so need to stop panicking, but then I look at the score and start to panic....aaaarrrrggghhhhh!!!!!! Still got 15 pages to LEARN far less memorise...:0(
p'raps going for a run tonight....even if with super fit friend will destress me :0)
Back from podiatrist. Spans I really like him, he's great. BUT!!!!!
Apparently he's amazed I haven't crippled myself :-)
Not only do I seriously overpronate but my feet turn out as well. He even showed his assistant my big toes as he hadn't seen their particular problem for a long time. The downside is that to get the benefit of the orthotics, I will have to wear them ALL the time, so no more sandals or backless shoes for me :-( The up side is that I will get rid of most of my back, knee and ankle problems.
Hi Jolly JJ - glad you seem to be getting to the cure phase of your problem rather than the bit about trying stuff and hurting which always seems to go on for ages.
I hope so Nick, my BUPA account is taking a bit of a bashing :-)
The podiatrist was impressed with the improvement the chiropractor had made. I have been very good, not lounging or crossing my legs. The podatrist put my feet the way they should be and although my muscles protested a bit, my back felt much better.
SM he's in Dorking, well worth a visit just to make sure you Don't have a problem. His 1st consultaion fees are £30. It's worth that to make sure your shoes are right. I've got £200 worth of useless shoes now.
