I do have a good stretch though and one for DavidB since it's good to have a helper
lie on your back
lift one leg so you pull your knee to your chest and hold (keeping other leg flat on the floor)
then push (get someone else to help push down on your legknee) you knee across the other leg keeping your bum on the floor. It really stretches your arse.
