Just done a realy easy 6 miles which I pretty pleased with. Aiming for a 5k race on sunday and then 12 miles mon or tues....got first half in 2 weeks and just a teensy bit nervous...
don't think I ever overtrain...haven't got the stamina. Had a good experiment with HR monitor tonight tho'. Never used one before but discovered very quickly why my hills have been killing me so much. Keeping my HR steady I got up them with no probs....interesting..
Yeh, sadly I am going to have to do a proper max test...( i do NOT want to be sick)...cause using the formula I ran my 6 miles tonight at 90% for the whole thing....which obviously I didn't....
