Good to see we have just had to have an "Offensive Language" warning because Guy Gibson's dog was called Nigger
Got to be better than bleeping it out - that really gets on my nerves.
But it's not offensive language.... It was the name of a black Labrador
If you don't think it is offensive try using it tomorrow, see what reaction you get.
It was the name of the dog - you can't erase history but you can let people know when they are going to hear language that is now considered derogatory or offensive. No different from expletives.

I have been polite but I have nothing I want to say to you.
I won, then I lost. I won again, but lost it. I lost again but won back what I had just lost, then I lost that. I won again and again but was still at a loss. Then I lost what I had just won, trying to win back all that I had lost. I won much more because I figured to win that back, is not trying to win what I had just lost.

It's a lovely sunny day, not many people are in, nobody is demanding anything of me and I'm sitting here listening to some newly downloaded music.

I suspect you are harping on about being fat in the hope that someone will tell you that you are fine or help you justify it, but actually you ARE fat and you are doing nothing to change it. Eat less, move more. That is all. Stop stuffing your face with sandwiches an inch thick with butter, cakes by the packet and avoiding fruit and veg like it was poison and actually spend less time sitting on your arse - the pounds, nay stones, will start to move. I promise.
Look, if you are going to be a lazy f*cker (and you are), at least sit at your desk and don't get up to fanny around or disappear every few minutes. You just came back from somewhere, sat down for all of 30 seconds and have now gone again.
You think no-one has noticed but they have, and not just me.
