Just a thought... prompted by something Lurker just said elsewhere...
Lots of you may well know that AJH and M1 are doing the 10 in 10 at the moment, culminating in the final Mara on Sunday. I think it would be a nice touch if all of us racing in different places wear our JW buff on that day as a mark of support and respect.
please wear your buffs and vests to run on sunday wherever you are running or racing,
it is a year since john's funeral and mark is running the last of his 10 marathons in 10 days at windermere marathon
