No in bed with stomach bug for 2 days which feels like a year I only post on training threads but I am bored and got nothing better to do..once I get into these threads I usually waste too much time posting and not running

Anyway, I have never said (out loud) that you weren't a proper runner; all I said was if you beat any of my HM times I would give you my medal for that event.

The issue, NN, is actually that DF3 feels himself qualified to make pronouncements about things he knows nothing about. e.g. marathon running. He's got his own set of rules and eveything.
But anyway, I know nothing about astrophysics but I'm just popping off to formulate my own theory about the Big Bang, see you later.....
