Hi everyone I'm still here just finding it difficult to keep up with this thread lately as its been moving so fast and I work nights. Been panicing with a cold for the last couple of days and not run at all this week but done lots of walking, starting to feel a bit better today though so hopefully will be ok by sunday. Working tonight and then sleeping and resting all day saturday apart from checking kit and checking kit again and checking food supplies for the day. Really worried as training has been all over the place lately with one thing and another but hopefully i'll make it round. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
must go now, will be back on line either later tonight or tomorrow morning. Have to leave tomorrow about lunchtime, it's gonna take me ages to get my kit together as first distance race of the year.
Early night tonight everyone-its the night before the night before cos most people are too nervous to get any worthwhile sleep the night before-how much sleep did you get before Abingdon Benz?
Well I don't know how long I'd have waited for you, was it at 16 miles when you went in the pub by the drinks station? But I was being plyed with jelly babies- don't know how long I'd have waited before I went in to break the toilet door down.
