Isnt the bike loop entirely uphill as well?! Felt like it last yr after about 7 laps
it did feel all uphill .,I remember now.......maybe go for the one with extra gears
just useful for one of the junctions, we only have to use it 13 times on the bike course!!!!

I am really excited./..........I'm leaving about 9 am in the morning hopefully but have no idea what time my son will be back in the country...........haven't heard from him for a week and have no idea what crossing from france he is on........hopefully he will text me when he is back in the country........i will have a bit of a wait no doubt in Liverpool but hopefully will be in macclesfield long before dinner time......

Q/anybody - any idea how to get this route loaded onto a Garmin? The problem is that I can't seem to export the GPX file without having to follow some convoluted set of instructions which, quite frankly, I don't understand!

Folks, managed to put my back outat Alton Towers this morning. I'm hoping that after laying up tonight and lots of ibuprofen I'll be good to go still but there is a chance I need adding to the injured list. Failing that, is there an option to defer to the Sunday IM and give myself another chance to recover?
