I've put something on the other forum. Basically very, very wet. Went OK though and met Dustin who pulled me round the circuit for a PB. Are you still at work?

Not at work now, mercifully! I should be - I have loads of writing commissions with very loose deadlines sitting in my inbox - but can't seem to be bothered. It's those endorphins again!

Well done at Yateley. I've seen your report on the other forum. Sounds as if you and Dustin would have lapped me if I hadn't pulled out as soon as the rain started.

I should be going to bed but after running I can't sleep. Thanks for the kind words. These forums really give me a lift. You get to share the pain and the many ups and downs of the running experience. My only wish is I had started it all ten years ago.

Did my run at target speed, but required more effort than I thought would be needed over last mile. Maybe not fully recovered from Monday.
Also I ran it in cushioned shoes (Saucony Jazz) - reckon these are a good 3-4 seconds per mile slower than the NB830s.
