I'm relatively certain I've seen it in little individual tubs, I'll check the supermarket when I pop in for my salt and pepper cashews for my street wear bag.
You're a star Cougie and thanks everyone else who offered
Marmite on 50:50 thins is one of my "foods of choice" on the bike and I have got my plastic knife...........which surely they won't count as a bladed instrument...
So glad I'm not going to get done for being armed and dangerous with marmite and bring the PSOF into disrepute
Right - one more job to do then I'm off to the posh parts where Meldy lives
So there is just 18 on the list....? I thought we were about 30 odd..... I know of a couple of drop outs..... So prediction time.....
flyaway for fastest novice and fastest lady Pirate. I'm going for the longest run time v bike time award (can't remember it's name)
more predictions?
I think that's the Pebble "I won't hammer the bike" award
good luck everyone - may the ship sail fair and tales of daring do and stupidity arise.
sadly, me and Petal can't be there to celebrate the 10th anniversary as we will be reffing the tri at the World Island Games in Jersey, but will rock the 10th anniversary kit at the post-games dinner.

PS anyone know if marmite is subject to the 100ml rule for flying in hand luggage?
Forgot to send it with Nirvana and really need to take it but only have a 200ml bottle and nothing to decant into.....
Checked BA website and no guidance.......
I might be able to get some in my luggage..
Pretty sure they will confiscate it from you.
In the past they've taken peanut butter off me so I would guess it will be confiscated
Trying to be helpful!
Your smuggling Marmite?
Is Marmite a banned substance in Austria?
I remember seeing a number of Lidl's in Klagenfurt and I'm sure I read years ago their fake Marmite fooled most "lovers" on a blind taste test.
If it's your "spinach" Podds, that's always a fall back.

I saw a lady getting her jar of Marmite confiscated at Heathrow 3 weeks ago. 100ml or in your hold luggage seem to be the only options.
Marmite .... MARMITE!!
You're all weird
You're a star Cougie and thanks everyone else who offered

I've made it to klagenfurt and so's my bike!!
Bit of luck at the airport on arrival. Blagged a lift all the way to my hotel with the 'IM meet n greet' volunteer
I'll be thinking about you all, as TLS and me will be driving from Calais to Lake Como on Sunday, I'll have plenty of time yo mentally cheer you on
(Ps... my vote is for Mallorca when you get round to voting on Monday )
Molly, don't know where you are, but the lake looks BEAUTIFUL! Crystal clear and such a setting. Wow!
Got a taxi to the hotel from the airport. 40 euro (ouch) but door to door service and no distance to carry bags, so that's a bonus!
Met out the front by Trogs (trots?) who promptly provided a yummy mango juice...Yum!
Balcony overlooks the run course, and we're a short walk to the start. ACE.
They have CAKE ??? NOW I'm interested.
MD - ooh I'm getting excited now!!! I'm driving up tomorrow and I'm loving this taper lark - hardly any exercise and lots of scoffing
We are proping up the campsite bar as it's on our doorstep
So prediction time.....
