Having stayed out a bit longer I got back to the office to find our sandwich bar about to close, so had to find a tame assistant to get me a sarnie, and so avoid dripping on the floor through the dining room!
but it is all on the thread, there should be a separate area put aside downstairs.
plan for afternoon
washing-up
then either
a) watch last nights ER while playing with new Aldi HRM, with occasional foruming breaks, or
b) work on my NVQ
tough call
this is a very important assessment as I can't afford a GF.
PC broke again and had to spend the last hour chatting up IT man to get it fixed.
also haven't played with penguin thing

Don't like wearing a HRM very much myself, a bit uncomfortable under the sports bra. And I worry that an average of 170 on a gentle plod is too high, even though I *know* the 220 minus age formula is complete pants.
And then getting worse again.
And then missing a few times ....

Just debating what to plod in tonight. not sure if weather warrants rain jacket or not.
Legs still feel very stiff so think it will be quite a slow one, wihtmore walking.
Which is a bit daft really as have to do it again tomorrow so if I'm stiff now, I will be worse on Friday. then have sat off adn plod again sunday.
Finding four days a week a bit hard going.
