Sore and it was from 8 miles and that longest slope ruined what was going to be a really good day. If only i could have kept my pace up from there I could have challenged you

I was aiming at going quicky at Paddock Wood but my mental no sorry mentor Kip says I am mad just before Paris, so it looks like if I can get through Thanet 20 Hastings is the one where I will go for it. I dont mind the hills at the start it is the second half hills that hurt. Bring them on( oh no its only 4 weeks away).

I did this last year, don't remember the hills being too bad (but they never do, do they?)

I seem to remember a 30 minutes nature-walk through the woods to get from the finish line back to the start line. It could have been another race, but i'm sure it's this one.

Just checked, did 37:38 last year. The hills were pretty harsh. Remember the dodgy spot along the downhill and the long walk back to the changing facilities.
