    The nice thing about 600m at 18kph is that they are exactly 2 minutes long (once you hit 18kph - I don't start counting the distance until I do this). This means that it matches the length of my [url=https://rdxsports.co.uk/gloves/boxing/]boxing[/url] rounds perfectly.
