Having just read through the thread I feel a bit guilty about have a lazy day.
What: gym session - upper body & core work only Why: cos legs still feel tired and a bit tight from Sunday so didn't think I'd run well despite the lovely weather. Last hard: Sunday's 20 Last rest; yesterday
Well it turned out to be 8.5 miles, and for the first time in ages we went past my house on a club run. Could tell by Bradford Road that I had raced on Sunday though, 61 minutes or thereabouts.
Lizzy, spot on with the lyrics, I am currently playing in my car an old tape of punk songs I made when I was at college a million years ago, so expect more.
