What: gym session - upper body & core work only
Why: cos legs still feel tired and a bit tight from Sunday so didn't think I'd run well despite the lovely weather.

Murf, resting is training too, especially a couple of days after a 20. And Hippo in particular, no more of that kind of talk, thank you! *slap*
Well it turned out to be 8.5 miles, and for the first time in ages we went past my house on a club run. Could tell by Bradford Road that I had raced on Sunday though, 61 minutes or thereabouts.
Lizzy, spot on with the lyrics, I am currently playing in my car an old tape of punk songs I made when I was at college a million years ago, so expect more.
I thought that you'd gone soft all of a sudden BR :-)
