Yes got the news paper yesterday and there have been a few updates on the Facebook page about entries, sponsors local news coverage etc. But no emails.
Nurses as I've also entered Hamburg Lakesman will be a long training day for me but I'll still be there to give it a go. Be good to see you at Lochness which is very much a social one at end of year in September.

Nursey... going back to uni last year absolutely knocked me for six training wise.it tired me so much I had even less energy......I hardly trained at all.not great...combined with back problems it made my worse season exercise in over 10 years

the camping club site is a couple of hundred yards. CastleRigg site is a mile and half up a hill
