VLM 2018!

Ready to start the next group of people for the VLM 2018! I sadly had to defer my place for 2017. I found the 2017 group to be so helpful and supportive that I hope we can do the same for the next 12 months. Any other deferers out there? Would be nice to have some people to chat to over the spring/summer months and then we'll get some more intake when everyone else finds out later in the year. Hoping, too, for some regular appearances (Harmander I'm looking at you!) So please join and say hello

So the Registration for VLM 2018 is open from May 1st to the 5th. Again, I am asking myself why we Marathoners have to wait for 4 months to hear the results? Has no one ever asked the VLM why we have to wait so long? There are loads of so called FAQ's on their website but this frequently asked question is never answered.

Because ballot places are allocated after all other places have been sorted out, such as GFA, Gold Bond and club places.   And part of the ballot process/excitement is to make you all wait.
