A glorious one here, tomorrow is forecast to be nice too and no work until Wednesday (apart from some online cpd) so I'd like to make the most of it, legs willing.
Hope you manage your 9 miles Poppy.
It was the right decision not to do the distance yesterday Benjy, save it for Sunday.
Is everything ok to walk Alehouse or does that aggravate something? I'd always rather get out if I can.
What: easy miles

DD - you're building the mileage nicely. Are you doing any tris this year. Nice day for a bike ride if your weather is anything like ours.
Nice to exceed expectations Poppy.
Sounds as though you're on the mend Wabo.
The run was a lot more enjoyable than the cpd Benjy:-) Hope you need your hat later.
5 miles plod d'n'd like running through treacle :-(
One of our Orkney group stepped on a rusty sharp fence remnant puncturing her shoe and heel during pre-race off road toilet stop. DNS and may not run for rest of week
Not a great race for me. Uncomfortably hot for me (19C) and sore feet due to wrong choice of shoes. Personal worst. Down the snake(s and ladder) again.
Last hard today
Last rest yesterday
Next race tomorrow
