Already run up to dental clinic for scale and polish. May run, swim, play badminton depending on how day pans out. Builder arriving shortly to start work. Is it bad news when builder takes one look at damp and agrees to start work the following day? Last hard: see above. Last rest: last week. Lyrics have a vague familiarity but no.
Computer failed to show any problems in new car (cat) and malfunction messages have disappeared. I wonder if one of them (relating to accident alert) could have been secondary to O2 network failure.
Morning all Pilpila? What - club night Why -Trying to do some speedwork Last Rest - 10/11 Last Hard - Saturday Schoolboy error - checked Blood donaton form on the way home, it's next Monday. I'll call that a 'senior' moment...
oh Pilates!!! Here is a weird thing, last night my left ankle felt a bit achy, on the outside under the bone. I asked OH to rub it and he quickly pulled his hand away and said there's a lump there!!!! I gave a it a prod and a push and it has literally disappeared! The ankle is ok, tiny bit tender and not swollen or anything. Not hurting to walk on. Anyone have any idea???
possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can
Doing the odd 4 mile run now and again, have finally contacted a physio. Knee xray showed no damage but some calcification of the tendon entering the knee from the quad. That might explain the pain but doc wasnt sure.
What: 2 km jog to Pilates, 1 hour Pilates, 2 km walk home (or should I say pilpala?) Why: finally could get into a class Last hard: walk home. Was so hungry I couldn't see properly! Lyrics: familiar
