What: fitness suite/short run

Why: consistent consistency of sorts. Might fall asleep though: not a good night's sleep. Need to sort out a physio appointment as well to look at the niggles again.

Interesting times at Spurs, Wabo! Not sure that I would be happy with the new appointment!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Not a good night here either Alehouse and I have similar thoughts about the physio as I have a real PITA this morning. There will be some rolling around on a spiky ball shortly.

    Bad night here too! I was coughing so much I had to move in the spare room as I kept waking Lucas up.

    Why: not sensible to run whilst I'm coughing this much
    Last hard: have a week of help and too ill to take advantage of being able to run in the light

    Wabo yes I just signed up to the Fetch game - just for a bit of fun - might lead me to finding a couple of new routes. Hope your son had a nice birthday yesterday.

    That is mighty cold, OH. Rather you than me swimming in that ... are the swims getting longer as the challenge progresses or is it rather a daily/streaky thing?

    Rest day yesterday as I felt very low on energy and was rather busy at work. Redeemed myself with 11 miles of rolling hills today. I'm still very slow but they don't finish me off like they used to so something must be working.

    Why - Recovery: 5 x1k reps in teh long grass yesterday, 9 miles in total

    last hard - Sunday, although today was a battle of wills
