,well back home and rested, no real damage done, 183 miles in 24 hours, pretty tough on the the 20 min stint, even though outside under canopy it was amazing how hot it got when you were actually running.good fun and met up with old friends. anyone wishing to see photos send me your email and i will forward them on to you, next on the agenda, stratford marathon, GUC, MOB,TOOTING 24 hour, and a few more marathons dotted in between, cheers all.
