Morning!

Lyrics: All the leaves are brown
And the sky is gray
I've been for a walk
On a winter's day

Yesterday's lyrics were Snowbird, Anne Murray

That challenge will only get harder, Emz!

What: fitness suite plus a run

Why: Sunday
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Afternoon, quiet here!
    Lyrics, yep.
    Recovering but still v bruised.
Social run yesterday wasn't as had to take a call 2m in ...ah well.
Today a surprise social run with friend was lovely, off road 7m, very focused on my feet, have lost confidence after the fall! Bit muddy, new trainers well and truly christened.
Hope everyone is fine. Time to sit down and wrap some pressies for posting!

Sounds positive, Els. How was the knee?

Well done playing in the mud, Ale.

    Lovely tree 🌲 pics, Em.

Are you getting more snow, Hazel?

    Finally yes to lyrics 😄

And a 5 mile run. It's been great and damp all day. Our winters really suck 🤷🏼‍♀️

Chick...the swelling is all down but it's now bruised from the fall and was glad to call it a day at just over 7m. Trying to do some excercise but not sure how much it's helping and have been so tired this week after my tumble! Not entirely sure why!
Good running Dustin and Chick. Mmm carrot cake! I made some choc chip cookies this morning though!
