Finally ticked off a marathon for the year yday at a bitterly cold Goodwood. Slightly neg split 2.57, pretty controlled with a little in reserve, but wasn't sure on health and fitness after the chest infection (which lingered).
I’m up for having one. Was waiting for the post-Xmas/pre-New Year time. I believe Jan 2nd is 16 weeks out from London so that’ll be when most folk start on their programs. Of course P&D 18wk plan starts Dec 19th so maybe that’s a better start?
