    71 minutes with M78 d&d. All good,  and we didn't mind getting wet for the last ten minutes.

    Afternoon

    Had rest on Saturday  in-between  2 nightshifts 

    Sunday I planned a walk Then a run in the evening 
    Went for walk one of them fetch games short story ended up at 5.18 miles caught a bus and then another 3.62 miles 
    Hasten to say I slept well

    What 3½ miles
    Why because  I nay not be able tomorrow 
    Last hard yesterday

    Cake 🍰 looks yummy to me, Hazel. The browned bits are probably the best. Nicely caramelized 😋
    I'm also completely booked on the TdF. This year is even more spectacular!! Pogi and Jonas are so evenly matched, it's a nail biter! And how awesome was Adam Yates yesterday 👊🏼

    What c25k but random today Jodie did 4,4 and 2 minutes run with whatever rest she wanted, it was good. I did my own 1.7 miles as well
    Why won't get another chance with Jodie this week and I'm tired
