    Lyrics, nope!
Ale hope you're not too fed up!
Took a bit of willpower to get out today but had 2 folk to run with, still raining torrentially and a bit of wind, 7 soaking miles, doubt I would have done it on my own! Truly dismal weekend weather wise!
go well Wabo and anyone else racing!
Chamolk, hope you feel OK soon.

That's fantastic, wabo. Very well done 👏🏻

Chamolk: sorry to hear it didnt quite go to plan but your wife seems right. So just chalk it off as miles in the bank.

Hazel: sounds like you're building back nicely. I haven't run that distance since summer last year. Maximum in February was 20k 😉

Weather sounds dreadful, Els. Still lucky here with another sunny day and double digit temps.

It's windy now but wasn't when I ran this morning. Another 10k done and 93k for the week.

A friend ran Tokyo today for his sixth marathon Major. 3:14:43. Impressive. I think the jet lag would kill me. Well, it did in Boston 🤣

Yes to lyrics. Happy Sunday 🌞

    Afternoon!

    Nice work indeed,  Wabo.

    Great week,  Chick. Again.

I would certainly not describe your miles as feeble, Els! And oh for a run, although I suspect I will have to be patient for a long time!

    Afternoon

Well done for going out in that Els. Good for mental toughness.

Excellent Wabo well done, great wava again and nicely paced too. Recover well.

Great mileage for the week considering you don't run long chicksta. Well done to you friend.

    Hope you are ok Ale.

What: just under 9m hike in the Jura range. Might do a mile on the tready later
    Why: collecting Fetch conquercise zones
Last hard: seeing results being posted for a race I would normally have run today. Would have been pointless to try today though, I don't trust myself anymore to not DNS or DNF and am not fit anyway.
    Last rest: 25.02.24

    lyrics: no

    Hiya
Wabo - super run, well done!
Chamolk - its all miles in the bank and a 1.47 half included is still a decent outing. Sounds like there is something still lingering too with that elevated HR
Pammie - that's an impressive run, good work
Ale - fingers crossed for some answers and better news when the results come in.
Chick, Hazel, Els, decent runs too!
Chick - we had 6 running Tokyo , 3 collecting their 6th major, two others their 5th.

    What - 75minutes steady (8.8 miles)
    Why - stretching the legs
    last rest - 21/09
last hard - yesterday, tack session 3 sets of 5 x200m off 45s rest. All 40-42s
    lyric - yes
