Easy, thats for someone who hasnt done any running before and you have, so you have a headstart!! We must provide support and encouragement for each other, however, NO excuses!
just back from Leeds via a running shop and starbucks - skinny cappo and a biscotti - went to console myself in running shop as not a ggod day - bought some socks and a pair of reflective ron hills
Hockey - dont ask - we were 5-3 up at 1/2 time and lost by 4 goals! remember I'm the goalie! boo hoo hooo:{ B****R! B****R!! B****R!!! GRRRRRRR!!!!! and the Gooners lost again boo hoo:[
tea may include something comforting and casualty and maybe even a ginger beer!
decided I want to lose 1/2 stone by end of nov so i'm going to have to do some of this giving up and running thing!
going to go for a recovery trot tomorrow round golf course
EP as you have not been running long - don't worry about time, just finishing is the best feeling. joining a gym is great - make sure it is one that checks your progress each time you visit (I've been told (by members) that LA fitness do not always chase your progress so they are only a good bet if you are good at keeping to your own targets). I belong to a Harpers and they are very good (in my experience).
Hi! Anyone still here? Puppy (of course you can come and see her JJ) has taken up rather a lot of my time today. So far, no wees and poohs on the carpet. So far, no poohs outside either, which is a tad worrying!
