been to b&q and bought loads of plants for garden! now all i have to do is plant them!!! can you plant in the rain? or will alan titchmarsh magically appear if i concentrate hard enough!
studying is more boring then plodding. So here I go again after my small break.
plodding is great
forced myself out of door and did 5 miles in 57.5 mins - new Jude record, even including 2 x 1 min walk breaks

Must be a good day for plodding today, I just managed 62mins and felt great the whole way. No Idea what the distance was, and don't care really,I am very pleased with myself :O))

Im babysitting a 3yr old! shes drawing at the moment but ive forgotton what to do with them! with mine its just a case of damage limitation all the time , trying to prevent them killing themselves, each other or my new plants!!
Gonna reward myself with a roast dinner now :O)

phew!
concert was ok, presentationally a shambles, musically quite good, audience pitiful which was a shame as it was for the Big C charity (my charity of choice for ploddy sponsorship)
having read back over yesterday and today, I realise there are people connected with law enforcement and emergency services amongst us, so I won't say what time the concert finished (in Gt Yarmouth) and my shift started (in Korwich)
work was quite relaxed, with only one minor incident of wheelchair rage
