Hanover international-twin room £75 with bath plus shower, tv, fridge, tea and coffee in room-nothing fancy, but decent enough. Continental breakfast if wanted, although I didn't. Also, get to use jacuzzi, swimming pool, leisure suite (which I did the night before the marathon) all included in price. Good value for money and 10 mins walk to start.

I'm definitely only doing 1 lap next year as I now hold Carfiff marathon as special and it'll never live up to my run this year again, so don't want to spoil the memory I have!

T-rex-Yes did Flm 04 and did 3:28 after hitting the wall big time from 18 onwards.(and had to walk quite abit from there).Was avg about 27 miles per week at the time.Now doing 30-40 and aim to be doing 50 by next October.
poppy- where is the site for the place you get your vitamins from - I'm starting to run out after buying a years supply, suprising enough about a year ago!
Phil, I use Healthspan for the following, "Glucosamine plus Chondroitin plus MSM", "MultiVitamins & Minerals Gold Standard A - Z Complete" and "Cod Liver Oil 'St Clements ' 1000mg NEW One-a-day". The stuff is good quality, cheap and it arrives quickly.
