How was it today at BPTT? How is everyone?
I am in Wales now and doing the Cancer Cymru Canter in the morning.

The road was really clear to get out after so obviously that lack of runners makes a huge difference!
I looking forward to tomorrow. The run starts in a park and ends in the grounds of Cardiff Castle. BOTH the kids are running the 2K with their Dad so it should be great. Hope the weather is good.

Going to Dan Yr Ogaf caves tomorrow. Should be great. There is a dinosaur park there too so Dafy will be a happy boy!!!
Bet BPTT is great at the mo with the sunshine. I have been keeping up to date on the site and have enjoyed looking at the pics.

I really enjoyed the day and it was great to meet people for coffee afterwards.
