I was on for my first 100k month, then my knee decides not to play. Never mind, I could do with more training on the bike.
Complete change of subject, does anyone like Snowballs? (chocolate, marshmallow and coconut, not the snow type). I love them but never see anyone else eating them.
I have run 344 miles this year, so will pass the 350 mark tomorrow. Of course i wasn't recording runs before Wokingham In Feb, cos i didn't have a training log then.
I'm just getting up to 300. And that's with lots of injuries and only recording since Feb too. Hopefully I'll be closer to 1000 by the end of the year.
360 - Its a tight squeeze to keep everybody happy and fit it all in, but I managed it for one attempt at a marathon and am now starting again, on Monday for the next attempt.
Been to osteo, have twisted spine (probably doing trail race on Sat), he cracked and crunched my back and then put that electric shocky thingy on for a bit. No exercise for a few days but just to keep mobile POO
Hi HB, at least you're back in place! I twist my back regularly at work. I hate getting it cracked back into place but is better when it's done. Never had shock treatment though!

Snowballs sound like the kind of trash i love Cliffy, but I've yet to discover.
I'm quite pleased with that.
Maybe I'll aim for a total of 750.
I can't imagine fitting it in tho'.
mrb and i were discussing the long runs part of mara training the other night...it's not conjusive(sp) to family life is it?
[conducive]
Is that ok?

Although sleepwise they don't usually wake up too early.
I never thought of giving up the job bit, that would help my training :0/
What d'ya reckon?

I think Orlaith will go.

If so I have discovered them and they run a close second to Snowballs.
